Horando is the online shop for exclusive wristwatches. Thanks to a strong network of wholesalers and distributors at home and abroad, Horando can offer almost any watch model at favorable conditions within a few days. The focus is on selling new luxury wristwatches and matching accessories such as watch winders and watch stands. Selected used watches round off the range. Horando.de is operated by Horando Deutschland GmbH, based in Hanover. The name is derived from the Latin "Hora" - "The Hour".
All of the watches we offer are guaranteed to be genuine and original. Horando purchases new watches with an international manufacturer's guarantee from concessionaires all over the world. Used watches are checked and certified for authenticity by our watchmakers. You will receive a 1-year guarantee from Horando.
Horando is a company of Horando Deutschland GmbH based in Hanover. As a company based in Germany, we want to build a long-term business relationship with our customers and, in addition to selected and beautiful products, offer a safe and reliable processing of your purchases. Therefore, we offer you the following security measures:

Depending on the product description, we offer you the full guarantee on our watches directly from the manufacturer. In a few exceptions, the guarantee may already be running. In this case, you will be informed separately in the offers under the guarantee start point in the item properties. For used watches, you receive a 1-year guarantee from Horando Deutschland GmbH.

In principle, all products offered by Horando are delivered with the original box/case as well as all associated papers/certificates and, if applicable, other accessories. For used watches, the scope of delivery is indicated separately in the item description.
Thanks to our strong network of numerous wholesalers at home and abroad, we can offer almost any watch model in the shortest possible time at very good conditions. Since we are not bound to any direct manufacturer specifications in terms of a shop, furnishings and marketing, and our inventory turns over very quickly, we have an enormous price advantage here, which we are happy to pass on to our customers.

If you have a PayPal user account, you can pay directly and easily via PayPal. Simply click on "Pay now". You will then be automatically redirected to the PayPal website and can make the payment with just a few clicks. You will also receive an email from Horando with information on the payment terms.

The legislature has set very comprehensive regulations for all online shops in order to guarantee you as a user or customer the highest level of security and information before or when shopping online. One of these legal regulations is the exact pricing. We have described each article in detail and pointed out the respective taxation.
"Final price including VAT": This means that the amount shown is the absolute final price for you and nothing else is added to this amount, except for any shipping costs that may be incurred. This amount also includes VAT, so that you can get it refunded if you officially export the item to a non-EU country. Items priced as "new" or "unworn" usually include VAT.
Private individual: We can refund the 19% German VAT and deliver net, provided you have a permanent residence in a third country (non-EU). We charge an additional €99.90 for shipping, insurance and customs clearance. The import duty for your recipient country is levied by your responsible authority.
Companies: We can refund the 19% German VAT and deliver net, provided you provide us with your full address with company name, VAT number (VAT ID number) and a registration confirmation (commercial register), not older than 6 months.

Shipping & Returns
Horando ships its goods insured within Germany and the European Union (EU) with our shipping partners UPS / FedEx / Prosegur. For you as a customer, the service is free within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €49.90 is due for shipments to other EU countries.
If you would like a delivery to a non-EU country, we would be happy to help you with this too. Please contact us directly: +49 (0) 951 / 99 33 010 or service@horando.de . Please note that additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply for deliveries to non-EU countries and that the shipments are insured with our shipping partners UPS/FedEx/Prosegur. The flat rate for shipping is €89.90.
All items are automatically insured for the value of the goods.
If you have received a return label from us, all items will automatically be insured up to the value of the goods.
In rare cases, it may happen that the delivery deadline cannot be met. If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform you immediately. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
Contact us in writing if you are not satisfied with the goods delivered or do not want to keep them for other reasons. You can cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days. We will send you all the necessary return documents so that you can send the watch back to us with insurance. The purchase price will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the goods in the same way as the payment was made. You can find further details on the right of cancellation here .
