The Longines Elegance Primaluna collection from the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Longines focuses entirely on women. It impresses with a wide range of elegant and timeless ladies' watches. The Longines Elegance Primaluna collection was first launched by the luxury watch manufacturer Longines in 2009. The circular case is reminiscent of the moon, which symbolizes the passage of time in its continuous change. This is also where the model series name comes from. In addition to the regular time displays, the watches in this series also have a moon phase display. The wristwatches are available with diameters of 26.5 mm and 30 mm. Watch lovers can also choose between stainless steel models and bicolor models with 18-carat rose gold. Longines uses the latter for the bezels and bracelet middle links of the bicolor versions. The luxury watch manufacturer is also not at all stingy with sparkling diamonds. Some of the watch cases of the Longines Elegance Primaluna timepieces are set with Wesselton diamonds, which weigh an incredible 0.403 carats.

While the newer models have three blued hands, the older versions are also available with silver-colored hands. Below the 12 o'clock position, a winged hourglass (Longines logo) adorns the dial. The luxury watch manufacturer only uses light dials in silver or mother-of-pearl for the elegant Primaluna collection.

Longines primarily uses the high-precision quartz calibers L129, L250 and L263 for its watch movements. These offer a central display for hours, minutes and seconds as well as a date display at 3 o'clock. Particularly worth mentioning is the so-called EOL display, which all three quartz movements have. The abbreviation stands for "End-Of-Life" and reliably signals to the wearer when it is time to change the battery. In other top models from the Longines Elegance Primaluna product range, however, the automatic caliber L592 ticks away. The Swiss watch manufacturer relies on the identical time and date display as is already known from the quartz movements.
