The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master - particularly noble and beautiful
The rotor of the Master Control Date is made of 22-carat gold and the movement is very elaborately constructed. The ceramic ball bearings of the automatic movement optimally improve the reliability of the movement. The shock resistance and reliability have been improved by the balance bridge. The dial is particularly striking due to the black variant of the sunburst finish. The case height of the watch is very flat. The signature feature of the collection consists of wedge-shaped, inward-tapering indices that are attached to the dial. The design of the Master models is characterized by clear lines, so this series appears very simple but elegant.
The company Jaeger-LeCoultre
As early as 1903, the Jaeger-LeCoultre manufactory, which was founded in 1833, developed the world's thinnest mechanical movement. In 1929, the watchmakers at Jaeger-LeCoultre produced the world's smallest hand-wound movement, which consists of 98 parts. The Master collection is made up of valuable watches with sophisticated Swiss watchmaking technology. The entry-level model into the world of precision mechanics boasts all the attributes of a genuine Swiss watch. The automatic caliber 899 is set in motion by the golden rotor with 219 individual parts. Today, the Memovox is part of the Master collection alongside the Vulcain Cricket. Like the Cricket model, the Memovox also has separate spring barrels. While the Cricket model has one crown, and the clock and alarm are wound in different directions, the Memovox model is set in motion with two separate crowns. Today, all Memovox models are automatic and are available in stainless steel and rose gold, each with a light or black dial.
