The housing
With diameters of 25 to 40mm, the watches have normal dimensions. Only when you look at the height can you tell that they belong to the slimline range. With a height of just a few millimeters, the case fits almost imperceptibly to the wrist and is therefore comfortable to wear. Like all watches from the Frederique Constant brand, there are different versions available. Classic stainless steel, yellow gold-plated, rose gold-plated or even set with diamonds - there are no limits to what you can wish for. In addition to the regular view from above, the automatic watches also offer a view of the movement - through an open case back.
The work
The Slimline collection offers the option of choosing between models with quartz and automatic movements. With 25 jewels and a 42-hour power reserve, the automatic movement is a long-lasting option, with a simple movement being enough to keep it running. The precision quartz movements have batteries that last for 25 months and constantly show the correct time. In terms of quality, the movements are in no way inferior and offer different advantages. While the automatic movements have a long lifespan and are relatively low-maintenance, they always have to be in motion or wound up. Quartz movements, on the other hand, always show the correct time thanks to their battery, but must be replaced after a while.
The dial
A wide variety of dials are available, from simple and sterile to elaborate and elegant. While Roman numerals underline a more classic appearance, models with a plain dial appear more plain and unobtrusive. This makes the models ideal for wearing in the office as well as at an evening event. Even the hands underline this appearance with a playful or simple shape. The dial is always easy to read thanks to the use of scratch-resistant sapphire glass. In addition to the classic white dial, it is also available in black.
The band
With black and brown leather straps, both embossed, the watches have an elegant effect and match gold-plated as well as silver-colored cases. The stainless steel straps are available in various versions, as well as in yellow gold and silver styles. This means that the straps match the different cases perfectly and underline their statement.

Founded in 1988, the young brand Frederique Constant offers high-quality men's and women's watches of the highest quality. The watches are manufactured with a predominantly classic design and attention to detail. Precision and perfection can be achieved through large parts of the work being done by hand. Nevertheless, the brand remains in an affordable price category. At the same time, the brand moves with the times and tries to advance the entire watch industry in Geneva through technical innovations.
