Breitling Premier watches – proven since the 1940s
Die-hard watch fans know that the Breitling Premier product line was originally released in the 1940s. The new Premier collection is reminiscent of the legendary Breitling luxury watches of the past and also serves as a venerable homage to three men whose inventiveness and innovative spirit contributed significantly to the success of the Breitling company: Léon, Gaston and Willy Breitling. The Premier B25 Datora watches are therefore pieces of jewelry with an impressive history that have a certain nostalgia inherent and manage to transport the achievements of the past into the present in a timelessly chic way.
Premier B25 Datora: Data of Breitling's most complicated chronograph
The name Datora was already used by the watch manufacturer Breitling in the 1940s for timepieces that combine very specific complications. A classic Datora has a moon phase display, a date, a display for the day of the week and month, and a chronograph function. All of these complex mechanisms are of course also present in the Premier B25 Datora, making it the most complicated watch in the Premier collection.
The variety of complications of the Datora is made possible by a COSC-certified manufacture caliber, the Breitling B25 movement. This is a mechanical automatic movement with a power reserve of around 48 hours. The sophisticated movement is protected against water up to 10 bar and is not only highly precise, but also absolutely reliable.
Unique design in two versions: The look of the Breitling Premier B25 Datora
As we have come to expect from Breitling, the luxury watches do not "just" shine with their technical features, but also have an unmistakably chic design. In the case of the B25 Datora, two references are available, both of which feature circular sub-dials, a subtle tachymeter scale and elegant luminous hands. What is visually striking in each case is the incorporation of the totalizers, which partially overlap the Arabic numerals - a detail that is impressive.
The version with a brown alligator leather strap comes in a gleaming stainless steel case that houses a copper-colored dial. The version with a case made of 18-carat red gold also has a brown leather strap, but combines this with a dial in a light silver tone. No matter which reference the keen watch fan chooses: the Breitling Premier B25 Datora is always an eye-catcher that enriches every outfit and every watch collection.
